Upon commissioning, he dedicated seven years of service to the United States Air Force before separating as a Captain. Hayden's commitment to precision, relationship building and attention to detail is unparalleled. He further refined his skills earning an MBA as a distinguished graduate from the University of the Incarnate Word.

Gavin is a proud alumnus of Texas State University where his exceptional leadership qualities led to being named team captain during an impactful college football career. Gavin also served as one of the student representatives on the Texas State C.O.R.E. and a panelist on community outreach events throughout San Marcos, Texas. His exceptional ability to foster connections, cultivate relationships and bridge the gaps between professionals has made him an invaluable asset in the real estate industry.
