Hayden Graham

& FOUNDER

Hayden Graham is a United States Air Force Academy graduate, former Division I basketball captain, and seven-year Air Force veteran who separated as a Captain. His military service shaped the integrity, precision, and commitment to others that define his approach to real estate. An Austin native and founding partner of The Graham Brothers at Modus Real Estate, Hayden founded Rehome Consulting to streamline the military relocation process, creating a more seamless experience for service members, veterans, and their families moving anywhere across the country.

Gavin Graham

Gavin Graham is an Austin native, former Division I football captain, and founding partner of The Graham Brothers Group at Modus Real Estate. His athletic background shaped the disciplined, results-driven approach he brings to every client relationship. Built on preparation, consistency, and relentless execution, Gavin has established himself as a trusted real estate professional in Central Texas. Alongside his brother and Rehome founder, Hayden Graham, he helps military members, veterans, and families navigate relocation by connecting them with exceptional local real estate professionals across the country.
